Room did have shower curtain, which was eventually fixed. But the second night was horrible. The hotel smelled like pot, and the room next door was extremely loud, yelling, pounding on our door until 4:30 am! I could not get through to the front desk because the line was busy. Probably because it was going on all over the hotel from what I understand. We were there for a dance competition and my daughter was competing all weekend. We were not the only dance family there either. I won't be staying here again unless it changes. I can excuse the shower curtain but the other problems should never have happened!! And the fact that you can't reach anyone To fix it , is never good.

Stay was very nice. Original room was extremely warm and was going to take maintenance a little while to fix the issue. Was moved to another room quickly. It worked out great since it was closer to the rest of the group. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

When I checked in. Was in my room for about 2 hours. Set down on the couch and all of a sudden about 8 to 10 little bugs came out and was crawling all over the end table. Then stood up and saw a bigger bug by the bathroom. Smashed it with a tissue and took it up the front desk and showed the manger. She was kind enough to move me to another room. However, the fear of what kind of bug haunted me. So, I went and bought large trash bags and bagged my stuff up. I left my bags out in the car after that. And, put my clothes I was wearing in the bath tub to see if any bugs crawled out of them. It was all good. However, a gal could have used a drink or a discount. Thank you

The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas as we entered and the staff were welcoming and professional. Best Hilton stay we have had in a while! Property was clean and tidy- all staff were very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast buffet was spectacular! It was well managed and replenished as well as the dining room was kept clean and there was always a clean table for new guests to sit at throughout the duration. The pool was clean and upkept well.

The hotel was huge! We walked in thinking we had hit the jackpot! We had gotten a great deal through hotels.com. We hit some hiccups, but the Manager working made sure everything was taken care of! I'm hoping they follow through on firing a maintenance worker, but otherwise the hotel was great!

Hotel is in bad shape, needs maintanence. Pool was too dirty, has some areas where the pain is missing or peeling. minifrigde was not working, I reported the issue, they never came to the room to assit me. Please stay away this hotel.

I loved that hotel before, I was impressed that they offered complimentary breakfast and drinks during happy hour. Few things I was disappointed at, first when I check in lady didn’t offer me gift bag even though I’m Hilton Honors guest, she gave only one key and one drink card even though it’s 2 adults and I had to go back to reception to ask for more. Pool was nice but hasn’t been cleaned in months for sure, just poring chlorine is not helping all the debris. Let’s talk about cleaning your room, out of 5 nights we stayed, our room was cleaned 1 time only. 2 times she tried knocking on the door at 8 am to clean and I asked to please come back after 12 pm when we leave the room but when we came back it was nothing, so I had to request more towels and toilet paper. I will probably not stay here anymore when I visit my family in Indiana. Thanks

There were about 20 people outside the front entrance door talking loud and drinking in the cold weather from 1130 until 1:45 AM. I told the front desk and he said he told them to be quiet but they did not and they were not even staying at the hotel. At 1:45 AM, they left in their cars.

Was here for a wedding and majority of my family stayed at this hotel… We had an amazing experience during our stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Check-in was smooth and quick, and I immediately felt at ease. We even received welcome goody bags! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and a well-stocked coffee station. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything clean and tidy. The hotel amenities were also great — I especially enjoyed the [pool/gym/breakfast/lounge—choose what applies]. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options for everyone. (I don’t eat pork so I appreciate that they had turkey options) The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping, late night eats, etc. which made exploring the area super convenient. Also HUGE shoutout to the front desk receptionist Matt (I think that’s his name) he was so helpful and accommodating for my whole family. It made our stay so much easier. We really appreciate him! Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The service, comfort, and overall atmosphere made it a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be returning and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
