Utterly baffled by the one-star drama queens. Housekeeping every 3 nights or on request? Clearly stated at booking and check-in—guess literacy is optional these days.
Spotless room, strong Wi-Fi, hot shower, comfy bed, everything functional. Staff friendly, neighborhood quiet and safe.
This is a budget hotel in a residential area near transit—not a $500/night Soho spa with daily towel art and endless drawers. Whining about ‘no storage’ or it being ‘basic’? Darling, you booked the cheap rate; expectations don’t come with upgrades.
Perfect value: clean, comfy, convenient, zero pretensions. I’d return in a flash. Ideal for adults who can read descriptions and manage realism.

room was clean, what we expected for the cost, very convenient access to the subway. elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs, lights in stairwell did not work so it was dark. would stay again
