Bed sheets were not changed from previous customer, disgusting! Hair, white pillow case slightly yellow, sheets definitely did not feel fresh, and there is smell of previous customer. Totally unacceptable, strongly avoid.

The only real positive about the Mayfair Inn is the price. It was very cheap, but after staying there, it was obvious why. The room felt extremely low quality. The shower curtain was basically a flimsy sheet of plastic, the toiletries were about as cheap as you can get, and the bathroom setup was bizarre. The sink wasn’t even inside the bathroom. It was out in the main room right next to the bed. The location was even worse. The surrounding neighborhood felt extremely sketchy, with questionable characters regularly hanging around outside and near the hotel. I normally wear my Rolex without thinking twice, but I ended up putting it away because I did not feel comfortable wearing it around the area. If your only priority is finding the cheapest possible place to sleep, the price is admittedly good. Beyond that, there is very little I can recommend. The hotel feels cheap in virtually every respect, and the location makes the experience even worse
