    It was written that we will get complimentary breakfast, however only black coffee was provided. The people on the reception were rude. On day 1, we asked them for room service, the forgot about it and didn’t provide it. Moreover, the area where the hotel is located is shady. Drinking water facilities were not available.

    Only a 20 minute train ride to the city! The area isn’t the greatest but accessibility to the area is excellent. Didn’t have trouble sleeping with ear plugs and eye mask. I’d stay again.

    I recommend this hotel because of its location and value for money. In a place like New York, it is hard to find a hotel room at this price! But the room was small and furniture old. It is located just 5 minutes walk from subway line M, which takes to downtown Manhattan in less than 15 min. The area did not looked quite good as there were many people loitering on the streets.
