    My family had a very comfortable stay at the hotel - the staff was very helpful, especially Jose who helped us with an early checkin. Good breakfast spread and convenient to subway as well. Overall couldn't ask for more.

    Close to sub-way and only 15 minutes from Manhattan, though surroundings are not the best. Breakfast was included, but the area with tables is very small for such hotel, every morning was overcrowded and selection is poor. 1/2 elevators was broken and waiting time was about 10 minutes every morning. Room was clean and fine.

    The stay at this hotel is alright. Just that upon arriving, the receptionist was not able to check us in because the system was not accessible. However, after waiting for about an hour, after taking a quick look at the computer, it was found that the PC is not connected to the network! Once it is connected to some wifi connection, the system is accessible and we're able to be given a room. Anyway, the rest of the stay at the hotel is good.

    Not a place for the older. Revolting location *** for 9 nts and I asked for a chair to sit on in my room and they couldn’t help me The location is just horrible for older people Not far from subway but again dirty human waste and urine and pot smoking groups creepy Breakfast was a great start to the day. Basic but plenty Staff were basically friendly Wouldn’t stay again. Much nicer areas for less money
