    Really surprising for what little I paid. Clean, convenient, and spacious (by NY standards). Its not luxury -- the bed wasn't the most comfortable and the vending machine didn't work, but if you want to have extra cash for shows and drinks, this is a great option.

    the staff was very cooperative. especially Ashraf at check in treated us very well. he also guided us and ensured our stay remains pleasant.

    Everything was great! The room looked exactly like the listing, and it was very clean and well organized. All the towels and bedding were spotless and neatly arranged as well. I had an issue during check-in, but the receptionist was very polite, helpful, and friendly, and we were able to resolve it quickly. My stay was smooth and hassle-free. The only thing I would advise (and this has nothing to do with the hotel itself) is to be careful if you’re walking around at night, since it’s located in a somewhat rough area of Queens. Other than that, everything was excellent! I highly recommend it.

    Extra charge to hold luggage and late check out. They asked to pay in cash. Requested extra pillows three times ,three days didn't give when finally give, stain and look like from the trash can. Room is small, not spacious like the reviews said and bed have stain. Toilet handler broken. Neighborhood walk soo shady amd dirty. If you have children, don't come here, not safe
