the only reason the whole stay was not given all 5's was my room was not attended to on one occasion had to chase up towels, water etc. one of the ladies at breakfast followed you round like a hawk over zealous to please I hope.
But beside that very thing was fine the reception staff always able to help and offer advise. room size is great and spacious.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful especially the manager Ly . They communicated sufficiently well in English and are extremely helpful in arranging for pick up and local tour.
The rooms are very spacious and I love the comfortable king size bed and fluffy pillows .
Unfortunately the hotel does not have room service food .
The villa is near to the ancient town but it is in a quite environment.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this guesthouse. From the moment we arrived we were treated so kindly. The staff is absolutely wonderful and helped us with all of our requests. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the pool was a wonderful getaway after a walking around town. The building is located very close to the old town, which was the main reason we chose Calla Villa.
