    Aside from the fact that the facilities are clean and well taken care of, the staff are the real reason why I would recommend the place. They are so friendly, helpful, always ready to assist you with a smile and very respectful. We really enjoyed our stay there!

    Ancient Haven hotel is a superb place to explore Hoi an and surrounds..the hotel itself is in prime position in Old Town 5 minute walk to everything. lovely large room. Staff Fantastic service above and beyond .. surprising my partner with a birthday cake with breakfast & Very beautiful rendition of Happy Birthday sung by all the staff. Helpful beyond fault Did not want to leave.

    Very nice accomodations with helpful staff. Breakfast was good and nice pool. Walking distance to everything and old town. Short bike ride to beach.
