Very friendly staff. Room was super clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds, clean and spacious bathroom. I booked a family room with balcony facing the river and it was lovely to chill in the evenings. Very convenient and quiet location.

Normally I would rate this hotel 10/10 and I am sad to have to write this review. My room was clean, lovely and comfortable. But I guess I got unlucky as there was construction work on the other side of my bedhead through a thin wall - hammer drills and angle grinders from 6.30am until at least 4 30pm all day every single day of my 4 day stay. The balcony was unusable during the day due to the noise but lovely at night. I have been to Hoi An many times and chose this hotel as I had a balcony overlooking the river where I wanted to sit and read and watch movies during the hot days and then easily walk into the tourist area at night. So without any other quiet areas such as a pool area to escape to my stay didn't meet what I needed and I basically had a thumpy headache for 4 days. I should have left on the first day but kept hoping things would get better. The staff were amazing especially the manager and Phuong and the noise made their jobs difficult as they had to sit through it too and keep a smile on their faces. I believe construction finishes in September 2026. I didn't hear any noise from the bar on the other side of the hotel - so at least the nights were quiet.

Staff are pleasant. Location is excellent. Room is clean.

The loudness of drilling beside the hotel room, i just thought not to put guest if the drilling is just wall to wall. We were offered to move after I complained but we just left out from the room and came back late.
