Everything about this property was amazing. It was my friends birthday and we were asking for suggestions where to get a birthday cake. Within 20 minutes, the hotel had a birthday cake at the door for us with our friends name on it. They couldn’t do enough for us. It’s an ideal location, very clean and has everything you need. Will definitely be back.

We loved our stay in the Ivy hotel. The location was perfect, the staff were amazing especially Lisa she was very helpful throughout our stay and recommending things we should do. I would highly recommend staying at the Ivy hotel in Hoi an

The location was great, just away from the main busy roads but only a minute from it
I think breakfast could be better when you compare it to other hotels of similar price range. Other than that the stuff was friendly and very helpful.

The property is very well maintained and in a great location. We were right off the Hoai River (where the lantern boats are) and could see it from our room.
