The staff are super friendly and helpful especially the bellboy that helps with our luggage. He is super helpful and gives extra care to my elderly.
The location is super good, very near to Hoi An Old Town which is 5 mins walk away
The Facilities are kind of old where 1 of the rooms in level 1 which is meant for elderly does not have electricity and results have to change to a level 2 room. This makes the elderly have to climb the stairs. But shout out to the bellboy who helps my elderly up and down the stairs.
