The staff are very accommodating and nice. We checked out early in the morning and the gave us bun mi for the road. Every ask was handled immediately. Location cannot be better. The villa is a little old but charming.

I'm used to hotels, and was suprised by the no so high end room and facilities, but it was more of an attitude adjustment for me than an actual problem.

Vy and Hang, delightfully friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for us!

There was some road works being done a few days i to our stay which prevented taxis from driving right to the front door but that could happen anywhere.

Our stay was incredible from the very start. We arrived at 6 AM, and they kindly let us rest in a peaceful room with a sofa and relaxing music, a total lifesaver! ​The hotel has such a cozy vibe and is clean. Our room was very comfortable and featured a lovely little balcony. The entire team was amazing, especially Ms. Vy. Truly special people who make you feel right at home immediately; they take care of every little detail with such genuine kindness. The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything, yet tucked away on a quiet street for a peaceful stay. If ever back again in Hoi An, this is my stay. I loved this place.
