The front desk staff, Ms. Lisa is very friendly, accommodating and kind. She is also very helpful especially in tour or activities booking.
The other personnel are also good.
The food is great, with enough choices in the menu for a normal breakfast, understandable for a small sized hotel. The breakfast as part of the room package is practical and good.
The hotel is very near the ancient town and the river, so it is easy to go around the center.
The road on the side is not very busy so it is a plus. The traffic noise due to the main road in front is ok and tolerable.
There are no issues encountered except for the Air Conditioning Unit.... It is working but it is very weak. With the heat in August, the room becomes hot and stuffy, it takes a very long period of time for it to be cooled.
The higher floor rooms have better views.
It is a good hotel for the price.

This hotel is very affordable and has a very good location. It’s just across the market and old town. They also have restaurants and spas nearby. They also have free bikes you can use to stroll around the area.

The location is great if you look for a walkable place. But then again on a Sunday it was only at 3am when the bars stopped their loude music we were able to find sleep.
The reception was very helpful and check in and out smooth. The transport from and to Da Nang worked well too.
The hotel should invest in maintenance, particularly the bathroom/shower. We also noted that the water was always warm, almost hot even on cold setting.
The sadest point was the breakfast. Nothing was ready at 7am and baked goods, bacon and sausages were clearly leftovers. The fruits not peeled, only boiled eggs (overcooked) and the coffee thin. This was the worst breakfast we experienced in Vietnam over 5 weeks!
