During my birthday trip at Da Nang with my mother, we stayed at Sweet Memories Villa because we decided to spend a day at Hoi An. The accommodation we took is with free breakfast. The breakfast was decent. I loved the coffee. The hotel's location was excellent. It was near the Old Street and we just walk whenever we explore the town. I enjoyed having salted coffee and egg coffee at the nearby cafes and absorb the ambience of the town. It was also nice that it was just a 5 minute walk to Faifoo Central. :)

Not sure if the room given to us was an obsolete case but there was anlot of mold spots. Location wise it was just around Hoi An Old Town and the river side. We only stayed for one night and might be given a room thats like for short stay and for its price and location id say still ok.
