Not all the lobby staff are fluent with English, but they are very patient and will really try their hardest to assist and understand you.
During our trip, my mother lost her passport in the middle of the town. I went out to look for it (and I did), and as soon as I got back, I found the girl at the reception sitting down with my mother. They barely understood each other, but she was kind enough to just be there for her. This is something that you don't really expect to happen in any other place, but it did here, and we are grateful to them.

We have been to Hoi An many times and always enjoyed the town. The hotel location is good providing easy access to the historic area. The staff is friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable. However there a two issues that you should be aware of before booking. Many rooms described on Agoda show bathtubs included but only the family room actually has a bathtub and at much higher price point. There is construction next door that begins at 7am and continues until about 5pm. There is significant noise as they share a wall and the hammering was almost constant. Not recommended if you plan to spend any time in your room.

Such a great find! This hotel is so convenient. It’s situated right where you can walk to the Old Town and New Town within a short time. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. I also loved that they provide free bicycles for guests to borrow—it’s a fantastic way to get around Hoi An. Truly an excellent experience!

It's located near the main attractions, most places are in walking distance. The staffs were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.
