The location is perfect. Just right at the entrance of old town. Also, staff (Viet and others) are very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. I would have stayed longer just because the staff are always going out of their way to help.
Balcony. Don't expect a balcony with a street view. The balcony I had faces the stairs. I saw a room facing just the building. There is balcony yes but don't expect a view.

staff were helpful and lovely. rooms clean
we were told we had a balcony room which we thought it would be an outside balcony however it inside the building, above the stairs which was a little annoying. however we extended our stay for another night and were given one outside

L’emplacement était top et l’accueil de la fille de la réception, toujours souriante avec des bonnes idées sur le séjour !
la chambre avec cette vue n’est pas conforme, et les chambres avec balcon/ jardin?? 50cm de largeur avec deux pots de fleurs, donc… bof
