Just seeing this hotel, we already got our money's worth. It is as beautiful as its pictures. Apart from visuals, the service of staff is excellent from check in up to our departure - check in is smooth and accommodating with welcome drinks, towel and candies; they helped us get in our room; during our stay we got our little requests like ash tray, salt, ice cubes, weighing scale and such; on check out, they even prepared us packed breakfast because we have to go early morning. Despite its location being tucked away from main street, it is still good like 10minutes away from Old Town. Another star in this hotel, breakfast here is the best.

We had a lovely stay at Son Hoi An Boutique Hotel. The pool was a real highlight — beautiful, relaxing and perfect for cooling off after exploring Hoi An. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay, always friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our only minor issue was that it could be a little noisy at times from children in the neighbouring room, but this was outside the hotel’s control. Overall, a lovely hotel with great facilities and genuinely wonderful staff. We would happily stay agaIn next time. And don’t miss Cam coffee shop, a two minute walk and just fabulous

Mr tuong was wonderful but as an interior decorator I just adored the hotel the decor, colours, pool and art everywhere. It is totally unique and super close to the markets the best shoes and bags across the road and offers free bicycles. Went on my own and met my travelling son's and had the best best time. Been to many hotels in Hoi an this is the best. You don't want to be on the river or in the middle of Old Town. This is a short lovely walk about 10mins and beautiful

Biles not maintained, hard to use so took them back. Did not like being told by reception man to go get clothes made by his friends, he went on and on about it, even offering shuttle for it. That being said, hotel was ok, very hot a muggy, pool is nice, staff were okay, they didnt want us to have a 2 nd key but reluctantly gave it, we struggled with the heat and wanted the room to be air conned all the time. Breakfast was ok as well. Kept getting hassled by massage places and getting lost alot but got there in the end, nothing cheap here not like what they say it is
