    My room was billed by staff and I had to pay a large bill $100AU, staff said you get back from your friend and also room service and fish n chips missing just egg plant no reduction in cost I was told menu changed even though it was the current menu

    Really helpful staff - particularly Mr Trung. Nothing was too much trouble - helping us with taxis, bicycles, recommendations and luggage. Excellent location, short bicycle away from old town. Quick turnaround for laundry. Highly recommend

    We had a lovely stay at Son Hoi An, accessible to the Old Town area, they have free bikes and also schedule free ride to An Bang beach. Our room was very nice too, our kids loved it

    We arrived at the hotel at 12:00 PM. My daughter was feeling unwell, so I politely asked the front desk if we could check in early, only if a room was available. The staff confirmed that a room was indeed ready, but then said we would need to pay an extra fee for early check-in. I explained that my daughter was sick and just needed a place to rest. Despite this, the hotel insisted on charging us. It felt less about policy and more about profit — completely disregarding a guest’s health and basic human concern. Very disappointed.
