    The prices of the rooms have become very volatile, sometimes much more expensive than usual, the rooms are lacking, the refrigerators of some bathroom floors need maintenance, and the floors of the rooms need to be cleaned more accurately, in general, the hotel is wonderful and better than many hotels. I live in it every time I visit Leicester

    The staff is fantastic, but the problems are all about the environment. It's loud all day & night; there is horrible wifi which randomly blocks websites for no reason. And there was a violent physical fight while I was there between some guests, and the police were summoned. I would not stay here again.
