Great apartment, location and lovely staff

We arrived early hoping to store our luggage but our apartment was ready so we were able to check-in. Really nice apartment, great location and lovely staff.

Only downside was lights kept turning off. Our fault we should probably have reported it at the time! We did tell staff at checkout; they thanked us and said it was probably a battery issue so i'm sure it's sorted now.

Trendy but not clean

Trendy and perfect for an overnight or, even weekend stay

The room appeared clean but the consumables weren't fully topped up, the bathroom bin was full of sanitary items and the floor was covered in Dust balls. I was dying for a cuppa since it was cold and I didn't have much time before the event I attended and was a solo customer. I did tell reception about it as I left hoping I could have a hot drink when back, but nothing had been done.

Great stay. V central to university

Really great stay right in the centre of town five minute walk from the car park large rooms great facilities really lovely staff. Unfortunately, they weren’t serving dinner on the Sunday night, but next time I go, I will eat there. Really, really good value for money much prefer this over the travel lodge.

Really well located. Rooms were modern and well equipped. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Leicester is a really nice city that I would visit again.

There was loud noise coming from the street outside during the night - sounded like an argument outside a night club. Not really the hotel's fault to be fair. Bed was a bit small.

Lovely accommodation in central location

Central location with a number of car parks near by (extra charge) reasonably priced. Lively bar area can’t comment on food didn’t eat here. Decor was lovely. Room had everything we needed to cater for ourselves. Shower big enough and plenty of towels for us.

Friendly staff, well stocked kitchen, brilliant bathroom (bet thing about the room)

Weird layout, a bit like a maze! Missing key features (no iron with the ironing board, no coat hangers or wardrobe, only hooks on the wall) Skylight window - so definitely bring a sleep mask if you hate bright rooms.

Exceptional hospitality and great location .kind and supportive staff always ready to help .Whenever we need help, their staff was prompt in helping and resolving issues.

In my previous stay , lift was not working but tjis time it was OK and my room was very near to the lift, so infact nothing there to dislike

LOCATION, SERVICE, WELCOMING

The initial friendly reception set the scene for the weekend. Dominique was very helpful and informative. We felt welcome from the first minute. Room was very clean and tidy, kitchen facilities basic but perfectly functional, we cooked in twice.. shower was fantastic with a comfy bed. Location is brilliant, minutes walk from the train, close to the Cathedral and Richard III museum. Dominique recommended a local curry resraunt, again in easy walking distance. The Chutney Ivy.... Best curry inhave had for years.

amazing and safe stay with great facilities and service

I like the cleanliness, the safety for lone stayers, and the food, the service. But also how the shower was very warm and hot because most hotels only have warm and cold temps, but also the TV had outube and netflix which made it more enjoyable. As well as the price for one night for me wasnt expensive booked a month ahead and for all this great service, and 24 hour service even at night for halloween where i came back late so it was amazing.

Absolutely everything was brilliant. The staff across the 3 days were so friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Had breakfast and dinner twice. Both times were excellent and very accommodating for my mom who has issues with small portion sizes. The apartment was clean and very spacious for a budget apartment. The ed was super comfy. Visited for the darts and approx 15 min walk which was through a safe area. This was great as we were two women travelling alone. Hotel is located in the city centre but on a quiet street. Tesco 2 min walk also. St Martins Square nearby also for loads of food options
