Close to the railway station and on the edge of the city so a good location for travellers (although see comment below). The room was comfortable and nicely appointed. Staff were friendly. We arrived fairly late and so ate in the restaurant (we usually avoid hotel restaurants), and the food was OK.
The hotel is adjacent to the Leicester inner ring road (which is three lanes in each direction). We prefer to sleep with our window open, but this meant that the room was quite noisy (there is a surprising amount of traffic during the night).

It is centrally located in city, close to the show venue we were attending.
Received a warm welcome from Amit and his co-colleague at reception. Requested room on first floor facing main road. Slept well at night with no disturbance from external noise.
Room with ensuite bathroom was quite adequate, well maintained, with neutral colour. All the amenities were also present.
All the staff were very cordial and special thanks to Amit for booking taxi and providing taxi operator contact number for return to hotel.
The car parking is very limited but we were fortunate to find a space and took a return taxi to the show venue.
