Room was perfect and bed was super comfy. Easy to get into the room. The view outside of window was stunning.
More options for dinner in restaurant, could hear people outside my room talking loudly during the night. Not everything flushed when flushing the loo so had to flush a few mins later

Liked the location near the train station and the nearby cinema and restaurants/cafes and the breakfast plus the comfortable bed.
The cleaning was a bit hit and miss. Had to request hand towels on first day as none left and then the tea/coffee/sugar/milk in room was not replaced regularly by the cleaner so I had to ask at reception. Also, the sink area was not cleaned daily. The breakfast items were not always replaced either and that was at 9am when the breakfast ended at 10am at the weekends. In our room the wind could be heard whistling a lot even though it was double-glazed but it was as if there was a gap somewhere as it was not a normal sound.
