Lovely hotel

I love the style of the room, bathroom was nice and bed was super comfy. The staff member who checked my in was lovely and very informative about where to park.

The room was very dusty, the head board of the bed and the radio and bed side lamps were dusty. The breakfast was not the greatest, selection was limited, no vegetarian option. Check out staff was very nonchalant with

Perfect stay if you are going to enjoy the rugby!

We tried Voco leicester for first time and stayed in suite with free standing bath, room was just so lovely and we also had food which was perfect, we came up to watch Saracens women play Leicester tigers so it was perfect to be right by the stadium, beds we had such a good night sleep! Staff friendly and welcoming. As long as dates suit us next season we will 100% be back for Womens game but bringing kids next time so we will have try different room as room we had is probably best suited to couples or a solo travellers! Highly recommended

Would go back but not in winter

Nice layout, room looked good

It was really cold despite the heating being turned up full. We asked for assistance to ensure we weren’t doing something wrong with the heating. We were promised a late checkout which was complimentary by two different staff, and then they charged me £20.

The location

Staff could have been a bit more helpful when we arrived with loads of bags no one offered to help take them to our room. Our TV didn’t work, a member of staff came up straight away to try resolve the issue but he couldn’t. He gave us the option to move rooms or an engineer could come the following day, we didn’t want to do either as we had already unpacked, he offered us a drinks voucher instead. When we went to the bar to use the voucher no cocktails were included and there wasn’t many non alcoholic drink options for my partner. We went for breakfast one morning the seating area was very messy and the staff seemed far and few between. This was our second visit to Voco Leicester and we will probably try a different hotel next time.

Good beds. They need to investigate shower issues

The shower kept pulsing hot and cold in the first morning, so the staff investigated then moved us to another room. But that really had the same issue. They were helpful, but I would not expect any noticeable drop in pressure or temperature in such a new shower suite

Perfect for watching the rugby match in Welford road

Location was perfect for the rugby match we were visiting for in Welford Road. Atmosphere was very nice.

Ruined my birthday weekend NEVER AGAIN would I stay at the voco Leicester !!!

Location was pretty good that was all !!

Check in staff had no clue how their own HB works ! Was put a room above a Christmas party , the bass was coming through the pillows till 12 am Was told I’d be refunded for a meal I’d already paid for but was unable to eat as the steak was sitting there for a good 15 minutes before anyone attempted to bring it over , as you can imagine it was cold . Wasn’t told a bowl had just come out the oven & burnt my fingers , the waitress just placed it on the table & walked off . Foul body aroma from the men whom serve in the restaurant !!!

Very Good with things to improve - TV Remote in every room and bar open to midnight on saturdays

Good location going to the rugby

Receptionist absolutely excellent; welcoming, engaging, offering information, letting us check in 3 hours early then storing our belongings for us after we checked out. Staff in "the lair" restaurant were not so good. A mix up over the wrong menu given to us with no prices meant we almost went elsewhere for lunch. The following day my husband ordered some hot drinks and was told they would be brought to us, after 5 minutes he checked they were coming to be told that the person who took the order had left and their replacement would now be starting to prepare them. Friendly but rather muddled.
