    Bit of a hidden gem of a hotel.. think it’s still going through some upgrades but highly recommend.. avoid a room on the main road if you don’t like noise.. staff are very kind and helpful

    My now-husband and I stayed at the hotel the night before our wedding because we had known it's one of the best hotels in Leicester especially with its architecture perfect for photos.We had originally booked a Classic Room, but to our surprise, the hotel upgraded us to their best suite as a wonderful wedding gift. I was so touched that it brought me to tears. It was truly one of the best hotel stays we've ever had. The location was excellent, the amenities were fantastic, and every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. They made our special occasion even more memorable, and we're incredibly grateful for their kindness.

    Very quiet room on second floor. Spacious and good size bathroom. Shower was not consistent in temperature which should be corrected. Breakfast buffet was good but only running to 9.30 on a weekday feels early. Excellent staff who were extremely helpful.

    Great location and comfortable room. The only negatives were that the lift wasn't working and my room was too warm. Better once I turned the air con on at 1AM though!
