The hotel was very clean. The rooms were spectacular and everybody at the hotel was very very friendly. I recommend this hotel.

Everything was really good. Breakfast attendant was a little rude to most guest and seemed overly frustrated. But everything else was wonderful.

Only 20 minutes from the Brown County Music Center and a few restaurants around to grab a quick bite before heading to the show.

Overall, we wete verg satisfied with our stay here. Our only complaint was the random trash laying around the room. There were wads of tissue in random places. There was toilet paper on one of the fire extinguisher spouts above a bathroom. The pool was perfect and very clean. Breakfast had a good variety and well maintained.

Very friendly staff. Check-in and check-out were simple and quick. The kitchen staff was very helpful and nice. Location was quaint and quiet. Just a short drive to Edinburg Outlet Mall. We will definitely stay again if in the area!

The hotel was wonderful as always. My only issue was that we had to wait an hour and 30 minutes for our room when we have a 3 o’clock check-in.

Would have been an excellent stay, but they had problems with the elevator It wasn't working and being on the second floor was kind of painting the neck bringing everything down or we're getting ready to check out other than that, the place is very nice and very clean. Staff is very friendly.

The only complaint I have is the pool. Although it was very clean the chemicals were so strong it was burning my eyes and gave me a headache and I didn’t even swim. Had to make my granddaughter get out after a bit because it was making me sick.

We were on the second floor this year. A lot of noise above us. Didn't like that

This place was amazing! We will definitely be returning. Beautiful large community area. Pool, hot tub, small basketball court, grill and great outdoor seating. The room was spacious and clean. One of the nice places I’ve stay in a very long time.

Great place to stay and I loved that they were able to accommodate my 110 German Shepherd too.

Everything was great except the lady that worked in the kitchen. She was very rude to people. She yelled at my granddaughter twice. The hotel was beautiful. Front desk guy was awesome, really appreciate all his help.

The hotel overall is very nice! The only complaint is the room cleanliness. The staff was friendly, the room was very nice and spacious, bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good and breakfast staff were friendly, the location was great. The room itself appeared to have not been cleaned. I think maybe they emptied trash, put in new towels and changed sheets and that was all. We first noticed the soap tray was not cleaned and had soap all over it so we didn’t use it. After that, we noticed that surfaces were not wiped down and many parts were sticky. There was no toilet paper on holder and there was hair on bathroom floor. We ended up getting Clorox wipes before we went to dinner and I wiped everything down when we got back to the room. Very nice and spacious room but the room wasn’t cleaned well at all. Hopefully that was a rare occurrence but we’ve never stayed here before so not sure.

It was nice was busy we eent spring break time. But was awesome!

This property is much like one would expect from the brand. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. This property is located in a quiet area on the west end of Columbus. There are several shopping choices nearby and endless dining within 5 - 10 minutes. Nashville is about 15 minutes to the west for even more options. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The TV had okay selection of channels, but the added streaming apps (including YouTube and Netflix) more than made up for the limited channels. There are two USB ports on the desk; I would like to see them bedside, but this is a convenient feature. Internet was quite good for hotel of this size. The pool and fitness room were clean and everything in good working order. Fitness room treadmills are in great shape, and they have dumbbells up to about 50 pounds. Small room but good enough for quick workout. Staff was all friendly, including the breakfast folks. Breakfast was pretty limited, but it is free. I am not a big fan of turkey sausage, but the eggs, oatmeal, and fresh fruit made a decently healthy breakfast. I would certainly stay here again.

Our week-end trip to Columbus was wonderful. Our suite was spacious and the furniture was arranged so we had lots of space. The breakfast was delicious, with the attendants constantly cleaning the surfaces. Everywhere we went in the hotel was spaoless. Our first stay will not be our last!

Very nice property and clean

Everything about our stay was excellent, with one exception: the only well lit part of the room was the bathroom part. While there were lamps in all parts, the bulbs were very weak, so to read a book or map or ..., you needed to go to the bathroom, where the "furniture" was less comfortable. Otherwise, everything from cleanliness, a variety of comfortable chairs, a well designed way to watch TV, from the bed or the "living room", to the excellent bed and the excellent breakfast. If we want to go back to this scenic part of Indiana, this is good place to stay!!

The hotel was beautiful and seemed very new. The only issue was that everything in the room was pretty dusty.

Best pool and hot tub- pool was warm very clean - everyone so nice I rate this motel the number one best in the area
