We awoke each morning to the smell of croissants baking and fresh brewed coffee. Agostino and his parents were very attentive. Offering us suggestions on places to visits. The room was spotless, with lovely Italian linens.
We both love to walk, it was just a 15 minute walk to the old town, and also conveniently located on a bus route.
We would stay here again!

The is place had a real feel of Tuscany. Cute little clean rooms. Beautiful area the back patio for breakfast was peaceful. Breakfast was great!

Really friendly host, clean amenities, great breakfast, and overall wonderful stay. Would highly recommend! I liked staying south of the city versus in the center - was still easy to walk to but a little less chaotic.
