A quiet location out of town. Large room. Helpful owner. For young fit people, central Florence might be walkable. Otherwise the bus passes the end of the street. Taxis in and out of the historic centre generally about €20 - €25. Generous breakfast.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

location is a bit far however an easy bus ride. We chose the location to deliberately avoid the crowds in the city centre

We were looking for accommodation just outside Florence and found the perfect B&B at Agostino’s. The location is peaceful and quiet, about a 35-minute walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella. The city and its famous attractions are also easily accessible by bus. Upon our arrival, we received a warm welcome and were given a city guide (available in several languages) along with helpful local tips. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated with an elegant antique charm, and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi both worked perfectly. We enjoyed breakfast every day on the shaded terrace. It was varied and included changing regional specialties, which made it extra special. Any small requests we had were handled flexibly and without any problems by Agostino. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others!

Our room number 1 Placed directly under living occupants Woken with noise at 12am until 2am for one night , 2nd night ok (other feedback says same) Didn't like being watched throughout breakfasts And yes. If you arrive by bus like we did , you will not appreciate lugging your case up the steep hill in 38 degrees heat as accommodation is at the very top.
