At first they give us a handicap room, paint in the bathroom was peeling off the wall, room smell! They changed us to another room. .. Curtain in the room broken, shower curtain in the shower broken, light fixture in the room burned light bulb. No shampoo or conditioner, no remote control for the tv in the room.

The room not only didn’t have a working AC but their ice machine did not work. The bed had some white stains on it. And the bathroom looked recently used. It was an unenjoyable experience.

No AC, the window opens but everyone would be able to see you and hear you. So I left it closed. There was no fan, now I know why the parking lot was empty. It was miserable. I asked for a refund.

The room keys were not working. Everytime we left room front desk had to open our door for us . The show had hair in it and a used wet bar of soap. I had to prop up 1/2 my big with pillow it was so worn out very uncomfortable.

Air conditioning for the entire was broken on a labor weekend. They offered no discounts or anything except for quick apology when checking in. Staff didn’t even let me know before checking in, found out from other people in line. They didn’t even ask if I wanted to cancel upon asking them about this. Staff didn’t give the WiFi password upon checking in. Long line for check-in. They only provided 2 hand towels in my room and didn’t answer when I called. Room was clean but that was the only positive

We basically needed a place just to sleep so it was fine. We were not told that theAC wasn’t working until we got there but honestly we didn’t need it. When I asked for a discount I was told that’s why the price was cheaper. The other Motel 6 that was close by was asking over $300. We had a decent sleep but our neighbors were loud. I would stay here again if it’s just to sleep not for vacation. The rooms are very old but clean.

Was able to sleep all night. People fighting and arguing in the hallways. People smoking outside the rooms and because there is no A/C we left the window open. And finally the police lights at 3;00 am to stop the constant arguing out in the parking lot.

Checking in was easy. When we got to the room we found out the AC was not working for the whole building & no plans to get it fixed during our stay. We reserved 3 rooms. One of the rooms bathroom was not cleaned & missing a screen on the window. All the rooms have a terrible smell. There a creek or something near by where homeless kept coming & going. We were on motorcycles & we didn’t feel comfortable leaving them out. We asked for a refund & we were all given a full refund which we are fretful for!

The AC was out in every until and we were not told until we got there, and it was too late to book with any other hotel due to the holiday. Room was filthy. Food was left in the refrigerator from last occupants. Cable on the TV was not working. Dryer was out of service. There was no ICE ready in the ICE machine. Pool was also filthy. I have stayed at this motel multiple times and this was my first bad experience there. Usually clean and convenient. Alot of unsatisfied customers this time. I really love this location and I hope they do better.

Couldn't checkin until 7pm. Air conditioning was out and had been For 3weeks. I had to purchase fans for 3 rooms. Parking ok but noisy at night. No amenities, not even facial tissues. Noth ice machines broken. Had to purchase ice from gas station next door. Poor furnishings needs update.No microwave or mini fridge.

We drove 3hrs to the beach and when we got there they had a sign posted AC isn’t working. We told them there was no mention of it online when we booked the hotel. We checked in because we were excited to visit the beach and went to the room. The room was extremely hot even with the window open. We went back upfront to cancel the reunite there was about 20 people in line so we just left. I called the hotel and waited a total of 90+ mins any no one still answered the phone. We submitted a claim with Expedia to “try” and get our money back. We ended driving back home because all the other local hotels were completely booked. Waste of our time and gas.

The air conditioner was out for entire hotel, it was uncomfortable when arrived in afternoon to check in, not informed until we got there, to late to try and make other arrangements, we felt stuck, would not give us a discount as made reservation third party said not likely. Bed not comfortable, was hard and slid sideways, nothing keeping it in place. Shower curtain was not in working order. Not a good stay, we stayed out later to avoid heat.
