Good overnight stop while on the road. I wish we had been able to check in earlier and take advantage of the pool.

Up-to-date, attractive hotel; courteous staff; well-appointed rooms; very quiet for a large property with evidently soundproofed rooms; convenient free parking.

Closet console had very small drawers and inadequate space to hang clothes. Although the room was large and pleasant, the king bed was uncomfortably firm. Breakfast was not included but should have been, considering the rates. The buffet breakfast option was quite basic, with no variation from day to day and scant fruit or pastry offerings.

The bathrooms were very noisy. You can hear other residents in’s bathrooms and very noisy. Another issue was an alarm clock went off at 6:00 in another room and rang for 3 hours.

We had a nice get away and quick good night sleep on our beach business trip.

The location with the good price was good for traveling. We loved our short drive to the pier and traveled away from the crowd to enjoy dinner at A.J. Spurs. Yummy family dining.

The Pillows were uncomfortable for me. If you like firm comfortable pillows for neck and head sleeping you might have to ask for more firm / forming pillows.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel and rooms are clean, and we like the location, very close to the freeway. A short drive into Pismo and SLO.

We were on the 3rd floor, close to the elevator and could smell the food that was being cooked in the buffet breakfast. The smell lingered a bit in the room. The AC stopped working on the 2nd day and they had to send a technitian to fix it. They don’t have a jacuzzi and the pool is very small and not heated.

Chilled and relaxing vibe

The hotel was really cute, and our room had a little patio area overlooking the pool. The car park wrapped round the hotel which made it very easy to unpack etc. The whole stay was chilled and exactly what we needed at the time, after a very long drive.

It was secure, unlike the other side of the freeway where there is constant crime and police activity. The local Denny's and motel 6 seemed to be a hotspot for criminals during our three day stay.

The crazy taxes and surcharges that were added to the room even though the booking.com price was nearly 100$ less. Make sure to ask about all their TAXES, they also do not include breakfast with your stay. But I think you can get that taken care of if you become a rewards member. This is a pet friendly hotel, we did not have pets but they charge 75$ for a pet deposit, the designated pet bathroom areas are all by the pool lol yellowed and brown overgrown grass. They are still undergoing construction/renovations and while it looks pretty good at first, the more you look at it the more you can tell the quality is sub standard. Many things are cut crooked, ie wallpaper, walls, spackling not done before painting, drop cloths and paint coverings not applied correctly before painting. Railings on the outside of the building and doors leading in to the building all have over spray on them. Their black border fence on the property was spray painted black and the painters just sprayed all over the wall that they were bolted to instead of covering them....plants were covered in paint outside, at the front desk their accent wall...wall panels installed without being leveled with shims leaving gaps in the tops where they meet the ceiling at the front desk.. It just seemed like there wasn't any pride taken in the work. Idk if they weren't getting paid enough. Or maybe they are inexperienced workers. But there are so many amazing contractors out in the field that I find it hard to believe they couldn't have found a few better groups. Even if it was locally.

Loving the Leisure

The location off the 101 near restaurants, and the outlets is perfect. Everything is nearby, and easy access for all your needs. The beach is less than a few miles away with drive. Love it.

undergoing some minor renovations. Did not disrupt the stay. Reverse floor system. Lobby was on 4th floor. Most rooms were below on 3,2 &1. So if you are like me and don't want someone above you ask for room on 4th floor.

Paying 10.00 a day for parking. 10.00 if you wanted breakfast a day. You park a long ways from the hotel. Sucked when you forgot something in the car. They were not friendly at all. If you needed something they made you feel like you were putting them out.
