Decent shower. New flooring.

Thin walls & ceiling, terribly loud heater/AC unit, toilet not fully affixed to floor, difficult soap and shampoo dispensers, dangerously cracked hair dryer, very thin blanket on bed. When we entered the room, the first thing we say was two pair of ear plugs provided by motel. The whole property reeked of penny-pinching by owners. Room 113.

It was clean and nice . Room was well put together and organized. And it was CLEAN . No bugs . And Quiet area .friendly staff.

They could’ve had an ice machine that’s always useful or a vending machine .

Very quiet, peaceful place to Experience, staff was so very friendly and knowledgeable about what we needed. Room accommodations were perfect and relaxing for us. Bed was so comfortable and cozy. We will continue to return for future trips to Grover Beach area.

The worst hotel/ inn I have stayed in. Definitely, regrettably will put this in my black list

The room smells moldy and the floorings were sticky, the mirror in the bathroom was too high so I removed it and placed it on the table instead. The telephone was not working so we have to go down the office all the time to ask things even though they said they will connect it. Cable Channels were no good. Will NOT get a room from American Inn again!

We arrived very late and the gentleman on duty was very nice , friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and safe, shower was excellent ! Would most definitely come back and recommend.

It was a good stay and worth the value.

There was no breakfast that I am aware of. The location was good. It is near some restaurants and very near the beach. I walk when I have gone to this area in the past, and the walk is easy and most everything one wants is accessible within a mile or so.

The room seemed to stay cool even when the heater was on. A lot of noise in the upstairs rooms above my room on the first floor. However, I was given a choice and told this might happen.

This hotel was maybe the best that we ever had for this price… design of the room was very nice, furniture looked like brand new. Everything was beautifully cleaned. Staff was also really nice and friendly.
