Loved my stay at the hotel. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful. The location and amenities are just perfect. I was afraid the Ultra room was going to be too small but it was actually perfect.

I came to Quebec to attend a conference. When I travel, I only have two conditions: cleanliness and quietness and this hotel met both. It’s one of the few hotels where I didn’t notice the smell of old bed sheets. Not only that, it's located in a great area full of restaurants and bars around. I highly recommend this place. Staff friendliness was exceptional!
