    The room need to be checked regularly we changed three rooms which causing us a lot of frustration first one Ac is not working second full of fly and insects third room full of dust you see the dust on your mobile on your bed on your thing we don’t know may be from th e Ac the hall is too dirty a lot of black spot and dirt on the Ac halls when

    This hotel is conveniently located near Edgewater Road Station, which has the Circle and District Lines. It's also just a 6-7 minute walk from Paddington station. The room was comfortable, clean and fairly quiet. The hotel was quiet but I could hear a frequent amount of sirens, even throughout the night. Ear plugs helped with that annoyance. There was a bit of a smell coming from the drains but I think that can be hard to avoid in cities. I just kept the bathroom door closed. Bed, sheets and pillows were good quality. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very busy, especially if you go after 930. It is the summer so I don't know if it would always be that busy. It's a good breakfast buffet, though, with a good variety. This was my second time there and I would probably stay again because I like the convenience of being near Paddington and being able to walk to a lot places. It's just 10 minutes or so to Oxford Street.

    1. Long queues with low efficiency and poor service attitude at front desk when check in 2. London has been very hot. I called the service for more free bottles water. The woman who answered the phone just simply said no. With the fact that we stay 4 nights in the hotel. The first day on arrival , there are 4 bottles of water in the room. The second day , I didn’t ask for cleaning so no one refill the bottles . I just asked for another 4 bottles of free water. And the Selma. Who answered the phone said no rudely. 3. Environment nearby is very dirty. 4. Hotel breakfast buffet lights above the dishes are very low and easily burning people. My finger got burnt when opening the lid of dish. The bulb is too low without signs.
