The building was very clean and the staff helpful and informative and friendly.

Clean and friendly staff. The only thing that kept it from 5 stars was the breakfast. The only protein was yogurt.

I would like to start by stating I understand this is NOT a Hilton or Marriott and I wasn't expecting any of that BUT what i was expecting was running water in the bathtub! We checked in at 3pm and at the time of check in the staff DID NOT provide any information as to the problembthey were already addressing, which was a broken pipe. We walked into the room and started to get changed as we were only here for one night and were attenting a wedding nearby - we were looking for proximity to the venue and showering and getting ready. Couldn't do that at all since there was no water pressure for the bathtub.. you could flush the toilet and brush your teeth, but that was it. We had to get ready and head out to the wedding without taking a shower and i asked the front desk if the problem was going to be resolved before we came back, and we were explicitly told, "sir it will be ready in 20 minutes!" This was at 5:30pm. We got back at 11:45pm and the forst thing i did was ask the feont desk if we have running water for the shower and the young lady said "No and it doesn’t look like it will be fixed until Monday, as per the management." She provided management's information as we were checking out in the morning and couldn't shower/bathe again. I would highly advise AGINST BOOKING here and to definitely spend a luttle extra and go elsewhere as once you're in, there's nothing the front desk can do for you other than provide you with the management's contact information.

Room looked remodeled but when we walked in the curtain rod was hanging and broken. Hotel had the standard fee for incidental. When to front desk and told them about it. Did not want to get charged. They daid maintence will fix it. So they knew about it! Shower had no where to place stuff. Paint job bad. Paint all over curtains. Just not done well.

Lost power multiple times during stay was trapped in the room handicapped on the third floor no useful of elevator!

Always great. Remember me from three weeks ago. Remember personal things to make you feel welcomed.

Stay here every time I am in the area for business. They remember me even if it’s been a month. Older property, but they are always working on making it better.

Bed was hard as a rock. Room was clean and quiet though. Staff was awesome!

The staff were very respectful and helpful. The room was tidy and stocked with all necessary toiletries. Breakfast was reasonable, coffee and tea were available in the lobby 24 hours a day, and there was a small snack shop in the lobby, which was very convenient.

Overall not bad. Shower caulk had molding inside of it. Rooms were decent, updated aesthetically but paint (visible wall damage) and bedding could have been a little better. Breakfast was a plus. Not too many choices, but doable, but they have an awesome selection of items for purchase. Staff was great, except for calling my room to see if I had a luggage cart, but understandable. Oh…and of course it’s Spring in Michigan, so beyond their control, lots of construction around the hotels entrance.

Can't rate surroundings. Highway was under construction. The pillows were terrible. They only have one size & they are way too fat. My neck is still in pain two days later. Would have switched hotels for not paying for 4 days in advance. The breakfast menu was very limited. I will not stay here again. The staff was friendly & helpful.

I was over charged but it was nice.

Had an okay stay but took forever for my deposit to come back the night people were amazing but the morning guy was terrible rude. I have senory issues and was barked at by the morning guy because i wasnt paying attention to signs embarrassed me infront of other guest. When it was a simple mistake of taking food to my room bc i was uncomfortable eating in a lobby due to being overwhelmed.

The shower water takes long too get warm , the water pressure is low when it is warm , the floor gets wet a lot when you shower , beside that it’s good.

Our room was dirty and they had a 9pm curfew for guest.

The hotel was very clean. I enjoyed my stay there, but most of all I enjoyed the kindness from the people who worked there.

Place is clean, fair, honest, and makes availed all they have. Five stars from someone who’s stayed everywhere… from Alaska to Kuwait, ants to bed bugs. This place is golden… because these people running it are golden. Not exposing such service so they can capitalize.. would be a sin.

Great property just needs better water pressure in the shower

Terrible service and staff they definitely scammed me out of 60$ I went to check out and get my deposit and I was told I wasn’t getting a deposit back for one of my rooms and so I asked why and he showed me some pictures of blood stains all over all the towels on the pillow case which clearly was not mine I had checked both rooms before I left and there was clearly no blood or anything out of ordinary

Clean, close to a lot of restaurants, good continental breakfast, super friendly staff. Only complaint was the hall smelled like pot on my floor.
