Very friendly and helpful hosts that gave us good restaurant recommendations. Very clean and AC working well. Nice balcony with room.
The location is slightly out of the main area but only about a 5-10 minute walk so not too bad.

The location is a bit far, on foot about 20min to the center and 30min to lungomare.

The design of the room was excelent...the bed was comfortable, and the AC was strong.
For a foreign senior citizen staying 1 week, the service was terrible. Bad information as to taxi upon arrival...so I was overcharged...I asked that a taxi come for me for departure and the taxi did not come. I tried the house for assistance, but no one answered...so I had to walk in the extreme heat to find a taxi, carrying my bags. The host was never friendly and made me feel unwanted. Overall bad customer service is priority number one for older people.
