Nice clean apartment for a stop over.

Heljos apartment was a good place for a one night stay. We were given a welcome drink the minute we arrived- refreshing juice for all the family. The owners were very welcoming - tried their hardest to communicate with us. There was a TV with Netflix (1st time the kids had watched in over a week!), washing machine, fridge, freezer, clothes airer outside, towels, shampoo. There's a courtyard to park the car safely overnight. The owner gave us an espresso in the morning, they were very friendly.

We were given the wrong apartment - we checked in with the owner, settled in then left to go to the shop. By the time we got back - all of our belongings had been moved to the apartment next door. I would have preferred to move my own personal belongings - even my washing from the washing machine had been moved! The apartment was a bit of a tight squeeze for the 5 of us. It was a good place for a quick stopover, but don't think you could spend a week there as there was only two chairs to sit inside.

Really nice place and stay in our appartment! Very good attention and help from landlords that are super kind, giving us recommendation to eat, supermarkets, and places of interest. Pleasant to be around this houses and appartments. Really recommended!

AMAZING, WONDERFUL

We liked everything. We arrived in Vlore at night and we had another rented apartment which went wrong and by miracle we found this place at the last minute. You welcomed us very well, super friendly, you were our savior, otherwise we would have spent that night in the car. When we arrived, the man showed us around the house and spent a long time talking to us and showing us places we had to visit in Albania and we went. I recommend this accommodation 10/10. Both the gentleman and lady we met the next morning are amazing people.

Welcoming hosts, they even offered to make us coffee upon arrival. Very good wifi. Parking spot inside, locate it on google maps.

The toilet door doesn't close properly and even though it was cleaned perfectly there's a smell from the sewage that you could constantly feel.

Very spacious, an entire home with a full kitchen and washing machine. Good location in a quiet holiday home area 10 min walk from the beach. 15 min drive from the center/promenade, longer at night with heavy holiday traffic. Super clean. Family owned and warm hosts, we were greeted with coffee and a little drink. The couple doesn't speak English but their daughter does.

AC only in the kitchen/living room, one room got quite warm. No proper curtains or blinds to keep out the sun in the morning. All the mirrors were in one room while the other had none. A little dog is tied on a short leash in a corner all day and barks a lot at strangers.

Exceptional

Away from the busy city center this place is a hidden gem of tranquility. The owners (a couple on retirement) are super friendly and inviting. It is truly a home away from home. The apartments (new) look like a four stars hotel. Very clean, hot showers, comfortable beds and a kitchen wel equipt. A good working airco! A nice terrace for each apartment out of the scorching sun. If you are looking for a place close to the beach withouth the Hussle and bussle from the city center this is the place. P.s. there is a strong wifi. We can't wait for our next vacation in Albania to come here again. 🥰❤️thank you for the delightfully coffees and nice talks! I won't say good bye but rather see you later.

Vybavený nový apartmán. Skvělý přístup majitele. Ticho a soukromí.

Pan domácí se o nás opravu velmi pečlivě staral. Doporučil restauraci, pláže, levné obchody s potravinami. Pozval nás k sobě domů, popovídali jsme. Před apartmánem jsme měli soukromí - ranní jóga, snídaně i v říjnu v teple a v tichu, přitom venku před vilou. Majitel si hlídá, aby ve vile neprobíhaly párty, chce svým hostům zajistit klid a pohodlí vždy. Když nám nefungoval fén, automaticky jsme dostali nový. Apartmán útulný a čistý. Je to 10 minut pěšky k pláži Saint Tropez a 5 minut autem k mnohem hezčí pláži na Lungomare, kde jsme trávili většinu času. Pronájem dvou lehátek se slunečníkem a clonou integrovanou přímo do lehátka stálo v přepočtu 125 Kč za obě na celý den a můžete si odskočit na jídlo, lehátka vám zůstanou. Stará se o to místní správce.

Bashkim e Fitore i proprietari eccezionali, il primo giorno c'è stato mal tempo e il proprietario ci è venuto a prendere con l auto, ci hanno accolti come un famiglia ci hanno offerto l' aranciata e quando siamo andati via ci hanno regalato la frutta e un regalo. Sempre disponibili e pronti per le nostre esigenze, stanza pulita e con tutto quello che è necessario, appartamento lontano dal caos di Valona ma facilmente raggiungibile, nella zona ristoranti bar, market e stabilimenti balneari

Прекрасне місце, прекрасні привітні господарі. Зручні апартаменти для відпочинку сім'єю з чотирьох людей. Все необхідне є. Є приватний паркінг на 5 авто. В пішій доступності є дикий пляж з невеликою кількістю людей.

В принципі все було супер. Єдиний момент, який взагалі не відноситься до апартаментів, це віддаленість цього приватного сектору від супермаркетів. Треба їхати на авто.

Struttura pulita, accogliente, in una posizione comoda per arrivare ovunque. Il proprietario, una persona straordinaria, professionale e capace di gestire ogni dettaglio e/o richiesta. Ci hanno accolto con entusiasmo, partecipazione e voglia di “farci sentire i benvenuti “, sempre. La struttura pulita è dotata di ogni comfort e nonostante sia in una posizione centrale lo spazio esterno pieno di verde vi farà sentire in un oasi distaccata dal traffico cittadino. Consiglio la struttura, io con la mia famiglia certamente ritorneremo!

Ottima soluzione per brevi soggiorni

Proprietari estremamente gentili, struttura tenuta molto bene, pulita e curata. Il nostro appartamento era suddiviso in due locali comunicanti fra loro, molto pulito e curato. Unica pecca un’unica finestra. Noi abbiamo soggiornato solo due giorni e abbiamo sempre preso la macchina per andare al mare, ma credo si potesse raggiungere anche a piedi. Per andare in centro invece è necessaria l’auto.

Il quartiere è mal tenuto, con molti rifiuti abbandonati, ma in generale ho notato che la situazione è simile per molti altri posti, quindi probabilmente è la norma. Nulla a che vedere invece con la pulizia di villa helios

Siamo stati accolti calorosamente dai proprietari, gentilissimi, disponibilissimi e molto simpatici. La struttura era adeguata alle nostre necessità e pulita e silenziosa.

Pensavamo fosse più vicino al centro, per andare sul lungo mare abbiamo preso la macchina ma non è stato un problema. Ci sarebbe piaciuto trovare i letti sistemati e pronti per dormire anziché avere le lenzuola e le coperte piegate sul letto da dover sistemare.
