The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Matilda put a lot of time and effort into a delicious breakfast. The location was great. The apartment was clean. A very good location close to everything. Near our apartment, we ate delicious seafood.

Lovely place

The appartment is central, close to the harbor in a quiet place. Lovely and friendly owners. Breakfast was overwhelming. I'm definitely coming back to this place, when I'm around!

Come for the beach, stay for the breakfast

Very close to the beach. The house and gardens are very nice. (The family lives upstairs so you can always get help and advice.) The breakfast was perhaps the best I've had of any place I've ever stayed at, with increadible presentation. (Seriously, I'd recomend people to come stay here just for the breakfast, it is as they say in the guide "worth a detour".)

The area around the house is a bit bleak, and there wasn't any sign so it was a bit hard to find. (It's a private home-stay, so one can't expect big neon signs, but just a small sign with the name on the outside gate would be helpful.)

Everything was organised with a big heart involved )We liked the apartment itself,it occupies all the second floor of the villa and has a breathtaking view to the sea)I always say that the real value of Albania is people )Both Eddie and his mother Matilda did their best to make our stay the most comfortable.They offered us the washing service and were very responsive to any of our requests.The separate hearty thanks for wonderful breakfasts Matilda served us every morning at any convenient time for us.It was not just breakfast,it was the whole ceremony with coffee and fantastically decorated plates with delicious bio food.The last day we were leaving very early and they served us breakfast as a takeaway meal.It was so kind of them )))Other things important for those who travel by car:there is a big yard where you can leave your car safely and it is in the very heart of Vlora)The apartment is spacious and has a bedroom for three people ,a bathroom with hot water 24/7,a living room and a big hall.There is also a terrace where u can enjoy fantastic views)Still,it is a very quiet place and you will have a peaceful rest )Highly recommended )))Thank you for everything once and again )))

- bedroom and bathroom clean and well equipped - parking space indoor and safe - good localisation, next to beach, shops and restaurants - owners helpful and friendly - breakfast super huge and tasty

- poor network connection - only the fridge was working in the kitchen - beach next to the apartment is low quality but a few kilometers away there are beautiful beaches that are also suitable for snorkeling

Colazione incredibile. Preparata da Matilda e diversa ogni giorno con prodotti freschi. La struttura è ubicata lontana dal caos di Valona; non ci sono strade asfaltate nei pressi della bellissima struttura, ma la tranquillità forse è dovuta proprio a questo. Matilda è una donna eccezionale, sempre sorridente e disponibile. La ricorderemo sempre.

Traumhafte Villa mit super Gastgebern in leider schmuddeligem Umfeld

Eine schöne Villa im toskanischen Stil, Nutzung eines gesamten Stockwerks mit sehr viel Platz. 10 Minuten fußläufig zur Uferpromenade von Vlora. Sensationell ist die Gastfreundschaft der Eigentümer und das unglaubliche Frühstück, dass selbst 5 Sterne Hotels nicht so anbieten.

Die Umgebung ist geprägt vom Hafengebiet. >die Unterkunft ist nicht leicht zu finden. Durch massive Umbaumaßnahmen ( Mr. Trump, resp. Melania Trump investieren in eine Vlora-Marina). Morgens ist mit Baulärm zu rechnen. Die Gegend ist etwas runtergekommen, da die Regierung nichts zur Verbesserung der Lage beiträgt. Echt schade für das Juwel. Trotzdem empfehle ich, diese einzigartige Unterkunft zu buchen, so lange es diese noch gibt.

Une vraie pause dans un cadre bienveillant

L’accueil est incroyable. La localisation super pratique. On est à 2 minutes à pied de la vie animée de Vlorë mais au calme (pas un bruit la nuit). 10 minutes à pied des plages avec une marche agréable le long de la promenade. On a été accueilli avec une bienveillance hors normes ce qui m’a fait un bien fou voyageant solo avec mes deux enfants.

Fantastisch!

Gastheer Et’Dion en mama Mathilda zijn super aardig en behulpzaam. Leuke gesprekken en fijne tips en tricks! Het ontbijt van Mathilda was excellent!! Haar passie en liefde voor de gasten. De bedden lagen heerlijk en het appartement is erg schoon. De locatie ligt naast de haven, 10 minuten wandelen naar het begin van de boulevard. Weg uit de drukte en chaos en er ook direct weer in als je wilt. 10 minuten noordelijk rijden vind je mooie stranden en strandtenten zoals Karafili beach resort.

Het gebied is in projectontwikkeling en veel bouwwerkzaamheden. Maar daarentegen is het weer perfect dicht bij het strand. En erg makkelijk bereikbaar. Want het verkeer in Vlorë is erg chaotisch. Paar glazen in de keuken zou handig zijn…. Maar die hadden we eigenlijk gewoon aan Mathilda moeten vragen… eigen schuld een beetje.
