I initially booked a room for just one night,but I liked it so much that I extended my stay for two more nights! The owner was very kind and always in touch-he explained in detail how to get to the place and how to check in.The payment process was convenient and comfortable. The hotel itself is incredibly clean- as soon as you walk in,you can smell the freshness.The room is cozy,the bed is very comfortable,and the shower is great.Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided.The internet connection was also excellent,fast and stable throughout my stay. The location is also perfect: right outside the hotel there are many cafes,restaurants,bakeries,supermarkets,and pharmacies.The sea is also nearby-just about a 10min walk to the promenade. Many thanks to the owner for his hospitality and care!😀❤️ I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel “Art Rooms”!

Alright but would not recommend

Decent location, comfy beds

There was issues with the bathrooms with both the rooms we booked having water leaks every time we showered. We weren’t given proper advice, just told someone had cleaned it but this was just them using towels rather than changing the room. On our last day the water leaked into the rooms. I also didn’t like how they wanted cash payment, this isn’t made clear anywhere on the booking and they offer you no receipt for proof of payment

Wonderful experience

The room was really well furnished, clean and modern looking. The AC was working really well and it made the stay more pleasant. The owner was friendly and the communication with him went well.

It would be perfect if there were more clothes hangers, a washing machine and a microwave.

Great place to stay!

The location was excellent. The Wi-Fi was on par, and the room was quite clean and comfortable. The fridge was also quiet and worked well. The area was nice and not much noise, but that probably depends on the season. Overall it was a good stay.

Some light could enter the room from the toilet in the morning, which may wake you up earlier than usual, but this can be fixed with a sleeping mask. This may not be much of an issue, but just FYI.

La habitación es de edificación reciente, muy limpio y muy bien ubicado, silencioso e independiente. Perfectamente equipado incluso con tabla de planchar y nevera. Comunicación excepcional con el anfitrión. Recomendable al 100%.

Posizione a parere mio migliore di Valona...pieno di localini bar ristoranti e posti più autentici in confronto al lungo mare che sono più turistici...camera nuova e bella con tutto...

La pulizia che non sono mai a venuti a fare in 5 giorni...però almeno lasciavano gli asciugamani di ricambio nella hall

Jedyny minus obiektu to brak jakiejkolwiek miotły czy mopa w pokoju, przydałby się żeby samemu posprzątać:)

L'appartamento è stato davvero confortevole e ben posizionato. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e cordiale. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti del soggiorno e lo consiglio vivamente! The apartment was very comfortable and well-located. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We were very satisfied with our stay and I highly recommend it!
