La habitación es de edificación reciente, muy limpio y muy bien ubicado, silencioso e independiente. Perfectamente equipado incluso con tabla de planchar y nevera. Comunicación excepcional con el anfitrión. Recomendable al 100%.

I initially booked a room for just one night,but I liked it so much that I extended my stay for two more nights!
The owner was very kind and always in touch-he explained in detail how to get to the place and how to check in.The payment process was convenient and comfortable.
The hotel itself is incredibly clean- as soon as you walk in,you can smell the freshness.The room is cozy,the bed is very comfortable,and the shower is great.Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided.The internet connection was also excellent,fast and stable throughout my stay.
The location is also perfect: right outside the hotel there are many cafes,restaurants,bakeries,supermarkets,and pharmacies.The sea is also nearby-just about a 10min walk to the promenade.
Many thanks to the owner for his hospitality and care!😀❤️ I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel “Art Rooms”!

Struttura molto pulita situata in una zona tranquilla a 15 min a piedi dal lungomare. Host gentile e disponibile.
Balcone inutilizzabile in quanto era presente solo una sedia. Non era presente inoltre lo stendino per asciugare costumi e teli

Decent location, comfy beds
There was issues with the bathrooms with both the rooms we booked having water leaks every time we showered. We weren’t given proper advice, just told someone had cleaned it but this was just them using towels rather than changing the room. On our last day the water leaked into the rooms. I also didn’t like how they wanted cash payment, this isn’t made clear anywhere on the booking and they offer you no receipt for proof of payment
