It was a beautiful new hotel, a great room with an English movie channel. In the central city .

It would have gotten a 10 but, the front desk man refused to call me a cab at 7am. I could have missed a flight.

Nice cosy hotel

Very cosy hotel. Very clean. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was a bit smaller but compact and nicely decorated.However when you take a shower everything became wet. Breakfast ok, some toast, vegetables, yogurts, croissants, juice, etc. I can recommend it.

Clean and spacious rooms

The hotel is located near the main street, where you can find many restaurants and shops. It is not big, only 5 rooms per floor. The rooms are nicely equipped, everything is new. The beds were super comfortable. The hotel is very clean, which resonated with the streets of the city. You could park your car right at the entrance. We also liked the European breakfast buffet, they have a good selection of yogurts, jams, and drinks. The staff was very polite, helped us with our requests.

Fabulously well kept hotel. Great location for exploring. Easy walking distance to sea and old town also on bus route to both. Comfy beds. Well appointed and very clean. Excellent shower with plenty of hot water.. Breakfast really good. Staff very helpful and friendly, good spoken English. We couldn't fault our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Colazione nella norma come quella che faccio nel mio paese. La posizione era centrale. Potevo muovermi come volevo a piedi ed ero nel centro della città.

Gli unici due aspetti positivi ? Posizione, e la camera che, tutto sommato, a parte la doccia nel bagno, non era male. Sicuramente ristrutturata di recente e abbastanza ben arredata. Unico neo la doccia, che essendo completamente aperta, ti fa inevitabilmente allagare tutto il bagno. non proprio il massimo.

Davvero inaccettabile il pagamento con carta in Lek. La scusa ? il pos accetta pagamenti solo in Lek ! Il prezzo della camera su booking in euro, diventa di fatto più alto (e non proprio di poco) a causa del cambio sfavorevole. Mi sembra molto poco corretto. Direi una furbata per prendersi qualche euro in più. L'altro aspetto davvero sgradevole è pagare l'opzione con colazione inclusa, per una colazione che non esiste ! Mai vista in un hotel una colazione così misera. Caffè, un succo del supermercato, un (dicasi 1) croissant e un cesto di frutta ma senza frutta. E, una mattina, se non avessi fatto notare alla reception, non ci sarebbe stato neanche il croissant. Ma non sarebbe più corretto dichiarare da subito che non si può fornire la colazione ? Risultato ? Se dovessi tornare a Valona eviterò con cura questo hotel e certo non lo consiglio.

Camera grande, pulita con due finestre. Bagno nuovo. Colazione standard, toast già preparati, cornetti buoni, yogurt, frutta. Disponibilità del personale.

Mancanza di tenda o box doccia, scarsi prodotti per il bagno. Suggerirei un filo dove poter stendere qualcosa. Presenza di topi dal lato interno. Buio al rientro di sera nella reception.

Os donos são muito simpáticos. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável. Pequeno-almoço agradável. Lugares de estacionamento exclusivos frente ao hotel.

Wi-Fi é fraco. Acesso aos pisos é feito pela escada, por isso tenha atenção a isso. Nas zonas comuns o ar condicionado sente-se pouco. Falta um estendal no WC.

Todo: la ubicación, el personal, la limpieza, la habitación, incluso el desayuno aunque no tuviera gran cosa pero con lo que ofrecían había de sobras.

Nos gustó todo, por decir algo, el hecho de que no tuviera ascensor, pero ya lo sabíamos de antemano y no nos importó.
