Lovely location and B&B in Vlore

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast and coffee downstairs were lovely especially when it was raining so we didn’t have to leave.

The TV didn’t allow streaming and the WiFi was weak in my room but did work downstairs.

Friendly and accommodating staff, very clean facility, very good location for Vlora centre.

More of a suggestion than dislike- will be helpful to people that have difficulties with the stairs if there was a helping bar along the stairs since are a few.

Great size family room in a fantastic location.

Great location on a quirky square with cafes and restaurants. The family room is a great size with kids too. Well located for exploring locally, or connecting to drive elsewhere.

The same plain omelette for breakfast during a four night stay was disappointing. A slight variation on the breakfast would have been a nice touch for those staying more than a few nights.

Serene vibe, excellent value for money in it's simplicity.

Foleza is a charming little bed and breakfast tucked into a Mediterranean-style square dotted with bars and small restaurants. The rooms sit above a cozy lunchroom/bar where they serve excellent Italian coffee. Ours looked out over the square. It was simple but spotless, with a serene vibe that felt instantly welcoming. It’s no-frills but full of character, and excellent value for money. The double bed was comfortable, and the bathroom well maintained. Breakfast is straightforward (a toasted sandwich or, if you like eggs, an omelet with brioche) but the quality is solid. We especially enjoyed the toastie paired with that perfect Italian coffee. If you’re coming to Vlöre mainly for the beach and the boulevard, keep in mind it’s a decent walk. At least 30–40 minutes. A taxi runs about 400 ALL (roughly €4).

A perfect location in Vlore’s Old Town with cafes, bars, and restaurants right out your door

A very comfortable, clean and quiet small hotel in the Old Town. Family run with help provided for whatever you might need. A great location that is walkable to many cafes and restaurants. Easy walk to the harbor. Highly recommend.

Great bed and breakfast near everything downtown in the old town- nice staff and good breakfast

The location was perfect as we could eat downstairs and it’s very charming in that area. The staff are lovely and most speak English. The room was nice and the sheets were wonderful. Decent breakfast.

We got two single beds that were very small and found it hard to get comfortable.

Good

The room was super comfortable, the location is in the middle of the old town of Vlora. It is just around the corner of the bus station, that's why I chose this place.

When I paid in Albanian currency for my 1-night stay, I had to pay an extra commission fee for currency exchange. First, they wanted approx. 10 percent (500 leke). When I complained, it was less (250 leke). I have never experienced it before and after. That's why I don't recommend to stay there. There are in the old town better options with staff that is friendlier.

Short stay in Vlore

The room was big (family room) and nicely decorated. The location is great, right in the old town centre. Room had airco and minibar.

The breakfast was a bit too simple. The staff wasn’t really interested in us, a bit cold atitude, not friendly. The wc was so small, that if you sit in the toilet, your feet are inside the shower!

Pleasant stay in a beautiful quarter of Vlore.

Old town area is very nice and the Foleza was a nice place to stay. Great breakfast. There are several other nice restaurants in the area. Pharmacy and gelato in the same area.

Property description indicated there is "parking on the premises". In my opinion this is misleading and led to much frustration. The area is commercially very busy and we had to temporarily park a few hundred meters away, until a nearby spot was made available. All parking is on the adjacent Rruga Perla Rexhepi. And that's fine, but this was not accurately described when booking the room. Minor issue: a shower curtain would have been nice, to eliminate so much water on the bathroom floor. Both with the overhead and handheld spray. Why are so many showers in Europe open on one side?!

Location in the heart of the newly pedestrianised old town and a couple of minutes' walk from the "bus station". Friendly managers, excellent breakfast. Excellent vodka sours too (though not included in the room rate).

Bathroom smells a bit musty. Taking a shower without flooding the bathroom is an acquired skill - a shower curtain might be the solution.

We enjoyed our stay and would visit it even next time.

Our room was clean and cosy with a view to the oldtown bars/restaurants. Room looked really new there were no signs of wearing out. The place is situated in the most beautiful spot in Vlore. Houses of oldtown are colorful and you can see a lot of local people moving around. Children love to play in the area. Breakfast was served every morning in the cafe downstairs. It consisted of eggs, sausages, cheese, bread, fruits, jam and juice. We were satisfied with the breakfast and we liked to take long breakfast in the morning. It was really comfortable to have dinner near the accommodation because restaurant was very near. Staff was easily reachable all the time as they worked in downstairs cafe/bar. Having enough privacy at the same time.

The bed had sharp corners - recommend to be careful to not hurt the legs. Beach is far which might be downside for those who want to spend a beach holiday.

The only thing i would say is that the staff could be a bit more aware about what vegans are and what they can and can't eat. But this seems quite typical for albania and is a minor criticism
