The villa itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor area was especially lovely, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt completely at home. We’d definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Comfortable Stay with Modern Rooms and Room for Improvement

We stayed at Arial Penthouse Suites based on a friend’s recommendation, but it seems things have changed a bit since their visit. The room itself was nice, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds and a well-designed bathroom. The kitchen area was a nice touch, complete with a kettle, though we did find some dishes left dirty from previous guests. We stayed on the top floor with a balcony that technically had a sea view, but new construction nearby blocks most of it now. The location is fine—about a 20-minute walk to the main attractions and just a short walk to the beaches. Breakfast, however, was quite poor with very small portions. Overall, a decent stay if you value clean, modern rooms, but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness checks and breakfast quality.

Breakfast and cleanliness of the kitchenwares could be improved with a bit more attention.

Pictures where a bit deceiving showed washing machine etc however it was a laundry service only.

bed was hard and I think the photos showed the more luxurious apartment than the average ones, so misleading the guest.

Triple Delux Penthouse was Great

I know some reviews are mixed but our triple delux penthouse on the top floor was truly great. It felt new and clean. Comfy bed, clean kitchen, had some plates, cups, cooking pot, kettle. Also had big a private balcony.

It’s a family business with great restaurant and lovely staff

Very clean, comfortable, staff is so helpful, food in good price and delicious- they even cooked special thing for my son as he doesn’t eat much so they prepared a chicken the way I cook for him at home. Close to beach and shop’s definitely will be back next year

Great value for money!

Vlorë is so pretty! The Arial penthouse suites are very close to the beach, I'd say about a 5 minute walk. There's also food and drink options near the beach. Parking is included. We got upgraded to one of the suites and it was lovely! It was basically an apartment with a kitchenette, a little living room, a bedroom and a shower. It also had a little terrace in front. Loved how there were well kept flowers too. The bed was okay, not supercomfortable but also not too bad. The bathroom was clean and spacious enough. The hosts are very lovely and kind people. I also appreciate them not barging in or bothering us cuz we checked out a bit later. The breakfast was good! Loved it! It was great value for money, I recommend.

The place is gorgeous! Honestly you just enjoy every moment even while taking a coffee. Also Dimitri working at the restaurant is amazing like honestly he helps you with anything you need and he is super polite! The room was spacious and really comfortable. Also you are 5 minutes away from the beach.

3 nights in Vloré

The property is located away from the main strip (25 mins walk) and offers a very quiet ambience, with a few cute animals around. For the price, the property was not bad. There was free parking offered nearby to the property.

The breakfast option - which is a set menu was not ideal, considering it was very oily and carb heavy. We were on the top floor and had to carry luggage up and down the stairs as there was no lift in the property - the staff could have assisted, though! The pictures online of the property showed a washing machine and dryer (one of our key selection criteria), but on check-in, we were told it was just for one of their rooms. In the end, we paid for laundry costing €6 for a load. Our room was just provided with shampoo and was missing any other form of toiletries. The staff could have been more friendly and welcoming - at times in our 3 night stay, I found them a bit dismissive.

Hotel and staff - lovely; location - meh

Spacious room, great value, hearty breakfast, helpful people. Family run with personal touches.For example, the daughter/ receptionist helped book my ferry ticket for me and the son/manager drove me to the ferry for $5 (500 lek).

Not the fault of the hotel, but barking dogs, construction, and loud neighbors talking kept me awake. Also, the location looks close to the beach, but has no real access.

Quiet and comfortable stay in Vlora with excellent value for money

The staff was very friendly: they upgraded us and the rooms were very good value for money. The guest house has a dedicated parking, so it was very convenient. Excellent breakfast.

A super nice stay in Vlore!

The room was beautiful and there was a several of facilities that showed they really care about the cleaning and providing a good service.

There's no elevator so we needed to go up to the 4th floor walking.

Wonderful family run hotel, beautiful room!

This property is beautiful. There is a little courtyard to have breakfast, wine, dinner - anything. The room was beautiful. We had a view of the sea. The room was very clean, very spacious and the balcony was a nice place to have some cheese and wine as the sun went down. There is accessible parking for just the hotel. The family who run this go out of their way to make sure you are looked after. I would happily stay here again, value for money!

It is about a 15-20 walk from the main center of vlore - it’s difficult to drive as there are so many cars so we walked as we were two females. We walked back at midnight on the main road back to the hotel and had multiple cars stop and yell out to us, as well as reverse on the wrong side of the road. That didn’t make us feel especially safe - so be mindful of that. Hotel itself is amazing!

The best hotel with breakfast in town

Great location in a quiet neighborhood away from the traffic and the noise. This hotel is close to several really good restaurants, and shopping opportunities. The rooms were well appointed with everything you might need for either a short or an extended stay (glassware, knifes and forks. As well as a refrigerator). The rooms were large, with balconies and really nice finishers. The breakfast was exceptional and came with cappuccinos. There were 2 sweet, small dogs on the property. I would definitely stay there again.
