Es war sehr sehr sauber und der Betreiber war überaus freundlich und konnte noch dazu etwas Deutsch!
Bis auf das gemeinsame Bad/toilette wobei das jetzt nicht schlecht war aber für mich nicht optimal .

Pros: Welcoming & Flexible Host: Very accommodating throughout our stay. Clean & Comfortable: Good, clean, and nice room with a very comfortable mattress. Great Climate Control: Lovely and quiet air conditioning. Nice Bathroom: Clean and well-maintained facilities.
Cons: Shared Bathroom Misunderstanding: Shared with other guests rather than being a private apartment layout. Smoke Odor: The other couple smoked in their room and in the bathroom; the smell was a major issue, especially traveling with a child. Noisy Bathroom Lock: The locking mechanism on the bathroom door was loud and disruptive during night. Minimal Breakfast: Only includes 1 croissant and 1 coffee; required us to buy extra food elsewhere. (Needs clearer description and photos of what "Italian breakfast" means). Street View: The view is just a local street, not a city view. Off-Site Parking: Parking is located on the road rather than on the property premises. I would suggest making the description as clear as possible so guests have no reason to give less than 10 stars.
