The place was clean and new. I was nervous at first about the location but once I got out and walked the ocean was at 3 min walk with restaurants and a store for small things on my street. The staff was very helpful with all my big lugage. Thank you so much. The bedding was first class. Great water pressure and hot shower. I was comfortable.
I rented a triple room but it only had a small fridge which was not turned on. I would have been great if they had a electric kettle and some instant coffee in the room. Just a little thing.

The room was bright, clean and big. Everything new.
THE NOISE LATE IN THE EVENING AND EARLY IN THE MORNING! There is a boiler that runs by the neighboors at night. We called and he said he would fix it. He didnt, said he would get a technician. At 23h00 it started again. We called again and his answer was that it will stop soon beceause they would go to bed?? It stoped at 23h45. In the morning the noise started again at 7h00. For me, a hotel is for sleeping. I didnt had a good night sleep here.
