What surprised me was that check-in starts at 5 p.m., which is quite late. At my request, the host allowed us to come earlier to leave our suitcases (for which I’m very grateful) and mentioned that check-in would be from 3 p.m. However, the cleaning took longer than expected, and we were still only able to check in at 5. Overall, the apartment is bright, spacious, and cozy. It was clean after the cleaning, has sufficient kitchen utensils, feels comfortable, and includes two bathrooms.

One of the bathrooms appears to be a converted closet, with no free space at all beyond the installed toilet and shower, which makes it practically unusable, as it’s impossible to turn around inside. In addition, we found bedding from previous guests left hanging on the drying rack in the room, which felt unacceptable. I ended up drying it in the dryer and folding it onto the shelves — not the kind of thing you expect to be doing in a rented apartment. Moreover, the wardrobes contain a lot of miscellaneous clutter and spare parts, both in the room and in the kitchen. At the end of our stay, without asking whether everything had been satisfactory, the host asked us to leave a 10-star rating, saying he needed it for his rating.

Bad visit

The TV and that it was a bit big plus the view was nice

The bathroom smelt like sewers it smells soooo bad and the owner did not give us the keys to throw our trash he gave excuses that he was not free and out of town and he they let us check in very late and wanted us to check out very early plus the owner was never helpful we had an issue with the sink he said I will fix it after two day which is on the day we leave plus when we mention an issue he never helps just gives excuses and the appartment was very dirty and the elevator was out of order for two days we had to go up the stairs 3 floors carrying our bags and the owner didn't care much he mentioned that it was the first time and left the elevator like that for two days.

Quelques améliorations à apporter par le propriétaire mais sinon je recommande !

Vidéo fournie par le propriétaire très explicite. Emplacement idéal pour nous. Résidence calme.

Manque la climatisation (pas de chance, nous y étions en pleine canicule), odeurs désagréables, volet cassé dans l’une des chambres, pas de papier toilette à notre arrivée.
