Disappointing experience

There was very little to like.

I arrived during a rare snowstorm. Nevertheless, the owners did not arrange to clear the snow so it was impossible for me to park my car in the small parking of the house. The street had absolutely no parking spots so I had to park nearly 1 KM away and walk in the snow to the house. Entry to the apartment is very cumbersome with no less than three different 7-digit codes to be entered in different gates. The last door only opened after 10 attempts. The entire arrival experience was very frustrating. The structure of the apartment is bad, with a bathroom near the bedroom without a toilet, for which you need to go downstairs to the ground floor. In the morning at 09:15 someone tried to enter the apartment by surprise (a cleaning lady?) and entered the code to my apartment and opened the door suddenly and my privacy was invaded. The house was not cleaned properly and when I opened the printed booklet to get the wi-fi password, a torn condom packet that was used by previous guests fell out of it. This was disgusting. Some hosts are kind enough to leave a tray of fruit or some other nice bonus for an arriving guest, but not here. I could have continued to mention even more unpleasant aspects of my stay but I think I've made it clear that this is place is not recommended, I will never return here and I recommend to others to pick another place to stay. Most of my reviews for other properties are pure praise and in most cases I give out 10/10 reviews, but in this case the experience was so poor that my review is quite mild compared to what it could have been.

The owner is very kind, always very quick response with clear guidance by email and chat, whatever. I like everything, a very good air and residential area in the hill with good Paris view, and of course clean room with comfortable bed, NETFLIX, Nespresso, Sauna, etc.

Exceptional

A wonderful little town, it takes between 30 and 50 minutes to get to Paris, depending on the day of the week. Quiet area in the private sector, clean air. Very comfortable and clean two-story room, windows to the garden, the second floor offers a view of Paris. The garden of the villa and the presence of a terrace are special advantages, it is very pleasant to have breakfast or dinner.

The room/studio has a beautiful view, was very confortable, very clean. We also enjoyed the garden in front of our terrace. The host , Mrs. Valerie was very nice to us, she helped us with everything we needed kitchen was equipped with everything I needed

Wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment. Easy to get in to Paris.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. Valerie is a lovely host who took good care of us. The apartment is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and quiet. The terrace and balcony will be an extra bonus with the right weather. The view to the city is amazing, especially in the evening. Our boys loved the Kicker table in the cellar and mentioned a few times how comfortable the sofa bed is. We used the train to get into the city. The train station with parking is about 10 minutes by car and there are different ways to get to the city, either to Gare du Nord, Champ de le Mars or to the Louvre Museum. Depending on the destination it's about 20-50 minutes on the train. It worked perfectly for us and we looked forward to coming back to such a lovely apartment in the evenings. We would love to come again and we have already recommended the accomodation to friends and family.

Emplacement idéal, parking sécurisé, environnement très agréable, vue sur Paris. L'accueil très agréable, très serviable. Literie très confortable (plutôt rare) Equipements au top, pour se détendre : sauna, table de ping pong etc. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Nous avons loué l'appartement pour un mariage qui se déroulait non loin. Le logement est très agréable, propre et fonctionnel, le lit était très confortable. Enfin, le logement dispose d'un petit jardin et d'une vue sur Paris qui sont très appréciable

Les démarches administratives avant l'arrivée sont trop nombreuses et font doublon avec Booking, par exemple pourquoi devoir signer un contrat et payer une caution débitée alors même que cela est déjà fait via la plateforme.

Voyage pour le travail, c'était agréable, très bien situé, confortable avec une salle de détente pingpong, sauna, babyfoot... Un extérieur pour profiter en fin de journée, un parking sécurisé. Nous reviendrons en famille la prochaine fois !

Am Stadtrand von Paris

Eine großzügige Unterkunft mit Blick auf Paris. Wir konnten früher einchecken. Es gibt drei Parkplätze auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück. Ca. 30 bis 40 Minuten mit dem Auto bis Paris. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber. Betten bequem.

Es gibt die Option Frühstück zu bestellen. Wir haben die teuerste Variante für 15,00 Euro pro Person gewählt. Für uns etwas spärlich ausgefallen und definitiv zu teuer. Hier bezahlt man den Service. Es gibt nur eine Toilette im EG, das Bad befindet sich aber im OG. Kurtaxe und Kaution (300,00 Euro) sind vorab über einen link zu zahlen.

Una de las mejores experiencias vividas en un viaje. La ubicación perfecta, la casa… INMEJORABLE, una calidad y cantidad de servicios nunca antes visto y aún menos a este precio. La dueña del alojamiento mas amable imposible, un IMPRESCINDIBLE si quereis ir a Paris y estar tranquilos. Algo lejos del centro de Paris però recomendable al 200000%.
