WORST DON’T BOOK RIP OFF/ ARNAQUE

This was by far one of the worst stays we’ve ever had. The flat was in very poor condition and completely misrepresented in the listing. • When we arrived, the heater was broken and lying on the floor. • The washing machine and dishwasher didn’t work, and this was not mentioned anywhere before booking. • The flat is on the top floor with no elevator, which was a nightmare for my elderly mother – again, not disclosed in the listing. • The entrance door lock was faulty, and we had issues getting in and out – a serious safety concern, especially at night. • We tried contacting the host, but they didn’t respond until the next day. • The couch was covered with a blanket to hide burns and stains, which was extremely deceptive. After our stay, the host charged us €250 from the deposit claiming damages – which is absolutely false. We have videos and photos proving the property was already in bad shape. When we complained, the host denied everything and was completely unhelpful. Overall, this was a disappointing and frustrating experience, and we feel ripped off. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Booking.com should review this listing and the host’s practices seriously.

Great apartment, good location, wouldn't recommend to anyone that travels with own car or has disabilities.

Entrance from a very dirty street, toilet had problems with flushing, dirty shower, all sinks were a little cloggled, nearest free parking was 20min walk away and the "recommended" parking was 30€ per day.

Location is good, appartement could be better

The location is good, there is acces to public transportation, almost every museum or touristic attraction is doable by foot.

The airco was not built-in, but a small, mobile device (window had to stay open for the tube) and could not cool the sleeping area enough, let alone the whole apartment. The shower was really dirty and had mold. I was bitten by an insect several times during my stay, and again now I'm home. Turns out that it wasn't an insect, but they were bed bugs. They traveled with me, and now I have this plague in my house and have to pay a specialist to eradicate them...

Catastrophique, pas pu y rester, fuite dans les toilettes

Gross fuite dans les toilettes, personnes n’est venu constater cela, odeur nauséabonde dans l’appartement. Coussins du canapé tout tachés, gros trou dans le canapé et télé qui ne marchait pas. Demande de remboursement immédiate, j’ai du faire la demande 4 fois avant que l’hôte accepte. Remboursement effectuée aujourd’hui. En claire: à fuire.

Tout avez bien commencé malheureusement le logement es remplie de punaise de lit.. Jai du partir en urgence avec mon conjoint et ma fille .. ce retrouver a 00h dans les rue de marseille sans solution c’est un bon souvenir.

La propriétaire, a soit disent fait passer des "experts " suite a notre passage. Et biensur elle ne veux pas admettre les punaise de lit Malheureusement nous avons tout photographié. Filmé. Booking nous a donné raison . Et heureusement car nous avons fini notre séjour dans un hôtel.

L'appartement est insalubre. Moisissures, toilettes décrochées du mur et non fonction elle, climatisation cassée, radiateur pendant du mur etc.....

⚠️ WARNING: DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE – IT'S A SCAM ⚠️ This booking is a complete scam. They require a €250 "guarantee deposit" just to confirm the reservation, and then find any excuse to charge you. In our case, they withheld the deposit because we didn’t take out the garbage ans we broke a small coffee cup. The person in charge: Julie, didn't show any understanding and refused to give back the money. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to lose your money for arbitrary reasons. ⚠️ AVERTISSEMENT : N’ALLEZ SURTOUT PAS DANS CET ENDROIT – C’EST UNE ARNAQUE ⚠️ Cette réservation est une véritable arnaque. Ils demandent un dépôt de garantie de 250 € juste pour confirmer la réservation, puis cherchent le moindre prétexte pour vous le facturer. Dans notre cas, ils ont retenu le dépôt parce que nous n’avions pas sorti les poubelles et cassé une petite tasse à café. La personne responsable, Julie, n’a fait preuve d’aucune compréhension et a refusé de nous rendre l’argent. Évitez cet endroit à tout prix si vous ne voulez pas perdre votre argent pour des raisons totalement arbitraires.
