Great little apartment.

Host was very helpful. Even though communication was through WhatsApp, all necessary information was given in a very professional but friendly manner. The apartment itself was more spacious than the photos would suggest, and was very clean and comfortable. The door of the apartment is facing the back of a good supermarket. Very easy and straightforward to get to the old quarter of Split, about 10 or 12 minute walk, with plenty of places to eat on the way. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We loved the apartment. But we could not find any "ordinary" teabags in the supermarket!

Great starting point for city exploration.

The location was perfect for our stay. Hosts were amazing and saved us a parking space in the shade. The market store is just 30 meters from the apartment. There is cca 15 minutes walk to the center of Split, and approximately the same to Marjan forrest area. On the other side you can reach first beach in 20 minutes.

Perfect Host and Ideal Location

Sime was a fantastic host, very welcoming and always available to answer any questions. During check-in, he provided us with a great list of bars and restaurants in Split, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. The apartment’s location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the Old Town. Conveniently, there’s a large supermarket and a café right outside the apartment.

Parking in the area can be challenging, but this isn’t related to the apartment itself. You’ll need a bit of luck to find a spot, especially if you arrive later in the evening.

The perfect choice for staying in Split on a driving holiday in Croatia

This is a great little apartment in a fantastic location for exploring Split. Close to the walking trails of the lookout/zoo area and also the waterfront/Diocletian's Palace, this apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Supermarkets and cafes are close by and we had no issues with parking. The host was fantastic, meeting us there and being so helpful with recommendations of what is best in Split. The decor was great and we felt very comfortable staying there. Thank you for everything and we're really glad we chose to stay with you.

Nice, modern, clean apartment on the edge of the old town.

Super friendly staff who welcomed us with a snack, clean, modern, and well furnished apartment within decent walking distance to the best side of town, everything you need for an overnight stay in Split.

Sofa bed not too comfy and the location itself isn’t the most charming.

Modern and near to Split city center

New apartment with excellent location, the center of Split is just a few minutes walk away. The really kind and helpful owner gave us excellent information about the city. Supermarket and bakery within walking distante.

Very enjoyable stay in Split

The host was super nice. He offered free ham and wine as a welcome gift. Before we left, he even gave us another small gift. The host also provided us a lot of useful information which helped us very much when we experienced a small accident during our stay.

Great host to begin with. A welcome gift by host awaited us, the guys couldn’t have been more helpful. With recommendation for beaches, cafe’s and restaurants. The apartment did not disappoint as well. Close to the beach and city center. Very pleased.

Amazing room

The room is very clean you can see the lights from the ceiling in the reflection of the floor. The shower is nice there is hot water. There is also airconditioning. The host is a very nice guy. I have never had such a nuce host. He helps you with everything and sometimes checks in with you to see if you need anything. He will show all the nice places in town on a map and send the google maps coordinates. With advise about the city. Its a nice 10 min walk to the city center

There is not always parking space and you may have to drive further ahead. The location is in a flat building with multiple appartments for tourists. But if you just stay for 1 or 2 days and use it for nights only its perfect

The apartment was excellent, it exceeded our expectations! The hospitality was the best we have ever had - the people are so kind and friendly providing us with loads of information and gifts. The host is easily reachable via WhatsApp. The location of the apartment is a 5 minute walk from the centre making it very peaceful and close to the park forest Marjan which has the best beaches (Va Bene was our favourite). We will come again here

El depto en gral esta muy bien, tiene todo lo necesario y mas tambien. El Anfitrion siempre estuvo pendiente para garantizar una excelente estadia. Excelente la limpieza!

집은 구 도심과 걸아서 7분 정도 떨어져 있고 주택가에 위치한 아주 좋은 집입니다.주차는 집으로 들어가는 길 좌우측. 빈자리에 주차하면 됩니다. 집에는 세탁기 식기세척기 냉쟁고 등 다 있고, 좁을 것 같지만 전혀 불편함 없이 사진에서 보는것 보다는 넓다고 느꼈습니다. 특히 집 주인의 환영 선물로 직접 따서 만든 레모네이드는 정말 맜있었습니다. 이 집의 장점은 깨끗하고 조용한것 외에도 무엇보다 구 도심 관광지와 가까워서 우리는 머무르는 동안 차는 사용할 필요가 없었습니다. 그리고 호스트가 주변의 카페 음식점. 흐바르섬 들어가는 배편 등의 정보도 보내주어 감사했습니다. 마지막 체크아웃할때 호스트가 간단한 기녕품을 주었는데 볼 때마다 스플리트의 아름다움과 호스트인 Gaspar를 기억날듯 합니다.

Séjour exceptionnel à Split !

Notre séjour à Split a été exceptionnel ! Notre hôte Gaspar a été tout simplement adorable. Il est très attentionné, nous a donné plein de conseils pour que notre séjour se passe bien. L’appartement est propre, confortable et parfaitement bien situé pour découvrir la belle ville de Split. Il y a un supermarché à environ 20 mètres de l’appartement, c’est vraiment très pratique. J’insiste vraiment sur l’hospitalité et la gentillesse de Gaspar qui a été disponible pour nous durant tout le séjour. Merci pour tout !
