Location, water and harbor view from the suite, a professional reception team.
Breakfast coffee chaos because only one lady can make coffee for the entire breakfast room and she’s overwhelmed so we have to keep asking for coffee and didn’t get them until half an hour later as they lost track who needs coffee, forget what kind. They absolutely need to have a self service barista machine.

Staff ok but touchy; food normal, room strange decor and a bit uncomfortable, TV system complicated. Overall not value for money, way too expensive
