Great location, bigger than expected, good mix of modern and charming

Parking was really appreciated, just a bit of a squeeze getting in and out so easier with a small car

We loved the location, having car parking, how well equipped, spacious and comfortable the house was.

The house was very warm during the hot weather and the child locks on upstairs windows meant there was no way of opening them wide at night to let in cooler air . There were no fans either . Luckily we had brought a couple - we needed them.

The house is spacious, well equipped and came with a generous package of treats and a pint of milk, thank you! It's in a great location for Lyme Regis, close to the seafront and all amenities. It's spacious and all the rooms are comfortable. Kitchen especially well equipped. Easy to heat with electric fire and radiators. I would stay there again.

One or two lights weren't working, probably needed new bulbs. The lighting was low level and a few more working lights would have helped. The small parking space is mentioned. In fact the space was more than adequate for our RAV4. The main problem is accessing the space from a narrow road with a difficult turn, not helped with other cars parked nearby. We managed but if you've got a big brand new car you don't want to bump, you may find it easier to park in one of the nearby carparks. However the advantages of this house far outweigh this small inconvenience.

The parking is very difficult, to get to the property the access is very limited and the driveway looks much bigger in the photo. One small saloon/ coupe or hatchback would be ok. Definitely not SUV friendly. The dishwasher had no salt or rinse aid and the kitchen equipment was limited.
