We spent 3 nights at this lovely place in Lyme Regis and it was perfect. Leesa and Gary were amazing with all the information given and checking if everything was okay with the property..we definitely recommend and hopefully we will see you again.

Excellent location from town and beach. Lovely cozy interior and easy instructions. Very comfy sofas and full kitchen for use. Rain type shower was lush and although compact there is actually a lot of room. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made walks at the beach in the morning and evening super accessible so we could really utilise our time.
Not sure if this was mentioned in the booking but it don’t come with shower gel or shampoo, Tesco is close by though so easily fixed. The beds are awkwardly close to the walls.. manageable and can shimmy down, we managed to shuffle round the sides though and slept well. The beds were a little to firm for us but that’s personal taste.

The location was great- very central close to restaurants and coffee shops and the beach - perfect. Good size bathroom and shower.
Bedroom a bit small but bed a good size and v comfortable.
