Great place to stay

Lovely comfortable house within walking distance of the beach

The front door was awkward to shut & there wasn't clear instructions for the oven

We enjoyed our family stay for New Year so convenient for walks on the beach with the dog

Perfect location Sea views from some rooms

Layout of the kitchen didn’t work very well Also problem with the oven as took a very long time to heat up and then would not switch off unless we turned it off at the isolation switch at the back of the cupboard next to it!! Tv quite small for a family room

The directions for the parking space that were emailed in advance were not very clear. The directions in the property guideline that were in the house were much better. Please alter the wording in the email.

A comfortable and relaxing family break

Beautiful house in a great location. Easily accessible to the town and beach. Very comfortable beds, lovely decor with basic essentials provided which is always appreciated. It was a nice touch to have the Christmas tree and decorations up.

excellent house and area with some niggles,due to the managing company.

we were impressed with the property, however,it should be noted that ,the temperature was 31 throughout the house,and the conservatory was 48 degrees,the house had been shut up with all the curtains and blinds open.no fans were available, but we found 4 heaters, with global warming this is something the owners should prepare for.we had to go and buy our own fans. having said that the property itself is near the sea, views from the attic room and balcony were amazing.lots of space,clean and everything you could need.

we tried to contact sykes about the the fan problem, but no one returned our call, what if this had been an emergency, there was no owners phone number.the parking is extremly tight as the adjacent house has left what appears to be a disused car on the drive leaving the barest amount of space, please beware if you have a large car. also the garden gate opens directly onto a busy main road,and is an open slatted cast iron one, small dogs could squeeze through the bars, we used the dustbins as a barrier. we also had an emergency on leaving and in the panic a large bag of dirty washing was left behind, i spent many hours on my return trying to contact sykes, eventually they answered saying nothing was found at the property, make of this what you will, it was full of new holiday clothes, i was very unhappy about the disinterest shown by the managing company, dont expect any help if you have a problem.

The location was brilliant, property was well stocked and perfect for what we needed. We had a fabulous time.
