A good location and a well equipped Cottage for our family birthday celebration. Very easy to walk into Lyme Regis.
Unfortunately, there was no key in the key box on arrival when it was pouring with rain. It took us an inordinate amount of time to get through to Sykes Cottages to report the missing keys which were eventually delivered. It might be an idea to have a separate second key box with spare keys. We run a property ourselves and have two key boxes one at the front one at the Rear.

It was spacious and well maintained with good facilities and was a short 5 minute walk to the sea front. Bedrooms were great with 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. Lovely garden area with seating and a nice conservatory. Great for families and friends.
There’s only one parking space but there is a long term car park a few hundred yards up the hill which cost £50 for 6 nights

House located close to town and beach, a few minutes away. Very spacious. Nice welcome packs - milk, juice, biscuits and fudge. Attentive and accessible hosts.
Key Safe was a little tricky to locate. Parking space only for 1 car, although long stay car parks in the vicinity.
