There is an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a cloakroom and utility room. Amenities include solar electric heating, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (original pods), kettle, toaster, Smart TV, and WiFi. Fuel and power are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. Outside, there is off-road parking for 2 cars with an electric vehicle charging point (charges apply), and an enclosed rear decked garden with furniture and an outdoor tap. Sorry, no smoking.
