Lovely place, but frustrating lack of response from management company.
Great space, beautifully clean and a fantastically well equipped kitchen for a big family group
The management company did not bother to reply to any of my emails, including a request made months before our stay to extend for a longer period and a clarification on whether pets were permitted as one of our guests wanted to bring his dog. As we received no answer, neither the dog nor that guest joined us.

Great stay in a special place
Lovely period house in the heart of Lyme Regis. We do not meet the host but the cleaner was lovely and made checking out a very nice end to the holiday.
The hook on the lower half of the stable door does not close the door securely which is a significant health hazard for dogs or small children.

Nothing really just difficult stepping out onto a narrow pavement with dogs and young children! Parking a long way from house.

Superb
Loved staying in this house - so beautiful and characterful,. Full of history. Lovely rooms most with ensuites. Excellent facilities., very well equiped and very clean. Got a handyman very quickly when needed.
Service from agent problematic. Agency would not communicate with anyone other than the primary booker, which made life difficult. E.g. we were not given the correct key code and the original people who arrived could not ger hold of keycode from agent and were stranded outside the house.
